Bailey Smith is a licensed clinical social worker, licensed in both South Carolina (LISW-CP) and North Carolina (LCSW). He has spent his career working with people of all age ranges and in all walks of life. He has worked with children and adults in schools, hospice, inpatient mental health, and home environments. He is passionate about helping individuals and families adjust to changes in life, especially when someone has experienced a loss.

Bailey has a way of making people feel at ease and quickly developing a rapport. Through a relaxed and curious approach, he engages people as they explore challenges, as well as the strengths and solutions they possess which can help to address those challenges. At times people need support and encouragement, while other times they need education about an issue. Sometimes what is needed is a compassionate, caring person to hear and validate thoughts and feelings. Bailey can help identify and address what is needed. If the need requires increased intervention, he will help identify and/or refer to additional resources that might better serve the client.
